You can report issues through various channels depending on your plan:

What is the email of Zapier Support?

The email address is contact@zapier.com. Zapier offers email support to all users to learn more about their concerns using Zapier.

Is there a live chat agent?

Yes. Zapier has live chat agents that would respond to every of your concerns. However, getting a named Live chat Agent depends on your plan. Currently, a named Customer support who’d be deeply familiar with your account is only available on the Enterprise plan.

How can I contact the live chat of Zapier?

Zapier Live Chat is a feature only available to users on Professional plans with 2k+ tasks and other higher plans. However, the response time varies based on the user plan.
